NASEO Affordability in Multifamily Buildings Call Series: Multifamily Resident and Owner Engagement

State and Territory Energy Offices and NASEO Affiliate Partners are invited to participate in this call series on energy affordability in multifamily buildings. This series will feature six calls on the following topics:

• September 17, 2025 – State Energy Office Perspectives on Multifamily Affordability Programs |During this call, State and Territory Energy Offices will share insights on the design, implementation, and outcomes of multifamily building programs. Register for the call here.
• October 1, 2025 – Identifying Multifamily Buildings in Need of Improvement | This call will explore the tools and opportunities that are available to State and Territory Energy Offices to buildings in need of affordability improvements. Register for the call here.
• October 8, 2025 – Multifamily Resident and Owner Engagement | Residents and owners are critical sources of information before, during, and after energy affordability improvement projects. This call will feature a panel of subject-matter experts who will share best practice methods for conducting engagement with these groups. Register for the call here.

• October 15, 2025 – Benchmarking and Project Scoping | During this call speakers will outline the pre-work steps that create project scopes and suggest ways that State and Territory Energy Offices can incorporate these steps into their own initiatives, programs, or projects.
